Lentil Roast
Ingredients
- 1 cup Lentils cook to make 3 cups cooked and drained
- ½ cup finely chopped nuts Pecans or almonds
- 1 ½ cup oat milk unsweetened
- ½ cup cooking oil
- 1 ½ cup corn flakes
- ½ teaspoon ground sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup oatmeal
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients and pour into a casserole dish.Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with hot tomato sauce.
