Lentil Roast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Lentils cook to make 3 cups cooked and drained
  • ½ cup finely chopped nuts Pecans or almonds
  • 1 ½ cup oat milk unsweetened
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • 1 ½ cup corn flakes
  • ½ teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup oatmeal

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients and pour into a casserole dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with hot tomato sauce.
